Products and orders

Our apparel and merchandise are printed on demand: each item is produced after you order it. Product images are mockups and minor variations in print placement and color are normal. Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we confirm it by email and send it to production. We may cancel and refund any order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error) at our discretion.

Pricing, tax, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We currently sell and ship within the United States, and Indiana sales tax is collected where required. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Production and delivery timelines, and our policy for damaged, defective, lost, or misprinted items, are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which is part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, product artwork, and site content are the property of Taylor Attire or its licensors and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission. Purchasing an item grants no license to the underlying artwork.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law, products are provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or an order shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
