Made to order
Every item at Taylor Attire is printed and produced individually after you order it. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selected, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering.
Personalized items (name tees)
Personalized name tees are printed with exactly the name you type. Spotted a mistake? Contact us or email [email protected] within 12 hours of ordering with your order number and the correct spelling, and we’ll fix it before it goes to print at no charge. After that, the shirt is already being made for one specific person, so we can’t refund or replace a name tee because of a misspelled name or an ordering mistake (wrong size or colour). If the name printed on your shirt doesn’t match what you entered, that’s our mistake and we’ll replace it free.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the packaging, if damaged in transit). Once we confirm the problem, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier and either reship or refund. If a package is returned to us because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it, but the reshipment cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
