When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payments are processed by our payment providers; card numbers never touch or get stored on our servers. If you create an account, we store your login email and order history. Like most websites, we also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type) through cookies needed for the cart and checkout to function.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfill and deliver your order, send order confirmations and shipping notifications, provide customer support, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and improve the store. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in, and we never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Our products are made to order. To fulfill your purchase we share your name, shipping address, and order contents with our production and fulfillment partners and the shipping carriers they use. Payment information is handled by our payment processors. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Each of these providers receives only what it needs to do its job.
Retention and your rights
Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete data we are not legally required to keep, by emailing ops@taylorattire.com.
Children
This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
