Production time
Every Taylor Attire item is printed to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. During launches or holidays it can run slightly longer.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Transit time after production is typically 3–8 business days depending on the carrier and your location. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships; some multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
Address changes and cancellations
Because items go into production quickly, we can only change a shipping address or cancel an order before production begins. Email ops@taylorattire.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to catch it.
Problems with delivery
If tracking stalls or shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us — we will work with the carrier and reship or refund per our Refund and Returns Policy. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
